GDPR notice

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to users in the European Union, United Kingdom, and EEA. It explains your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the UK GDPR, and how to exercise them.

1. Who's the controller

PocketFund Technologies, Inc. is the data controller for personal data we collect about you. Our EU representative for GDPR purposes is EU-Rep Services GmbH, Berlin, contactable at eurep@pocketfund.in.

2. Lawful bases we rely on

• Contract — to provide the Services you signed up for.
• Legitimate interest — to improve the platform, prevent fraud, and run product analytics. We balance this against your rights and you can object at any time.
• Consent — for non-essential cookies and direct marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation — for tax, AML/KYC where applicable, and responses to lawful requests.

No automated decisions	Right not to be subject to fully automated decisions with legal effect.	Our matching engine assists discovery — it never makes binding decisions.

4. International transfers

Data may be transferred to India and the United States. We rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021) and, where applicable, supplementary measures including end-to-end encryption and access controls.

5. Cookies & tracking

You can manage cookie preferences from the cookie banner or in account settings. We do not use advertising cookies. Analytics cookies (Mixpanel) are anonymised and IP-truncated.

6. Filing a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We'd appreciate the chance to address concerns first — please email dpo@pocketfund.in.
